Forklift Operator

Job Overview

We are looking for a safety-conscious Forklift Operator to carry out all internal warehouse material handling operations in full compliance with safety rules and company procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within our storage facilities. This role requires a valid forklift licence, mechanical aptitude, and experience in warehouse operations. It offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount.

Duties

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials Perform internal warehouse material handling in line with all safety regulations Manage materials handling tasks with precision and care to prevent damage Support warehouse organisation by stacking, storing, and retrieving goods as required Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations during all operations Assist with general warehouse duties, including cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment

Skills

Experience in materials handling, shipping & receiving, and warehouse organisation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols and procedures Organised, reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable in a physically demanding role
