At Capestone Organic Poultry Ltd we are a unique farm to fork business, rearing our own poultry and processing our products on site.

We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our fantastic team, working in our factory producing high quality organic and free-range poultry for our customers. You would be working in a busy food manufacturing environment.

The Role

We are looking to recruit a skilled Forklift Driver to join our Lairage team on a temporary basis to support over our busy Christmas period.

As a Forklift Driver, you'll be responsible for safely moving modules, loading lorries and equipment within our lairage area.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely manoeuvre forklifts within a busy industrial environment. Pick up clean modules and stacking them in clean areas. Load modules onto lorries. Assist with any other tasks within the lairage department as required. Move and consolidate dolavs onto correct trailers as required. Check forklift equipment for any faults or damages. Maintain clean and obstruction-free forklift driving areas. Comply with health and safety and operational standards.
Skills & Requirements:

Valid forklift license with relevant experience. Strong hazard awareness and knowledge of health and safety protocols. Reliable, organized, and able to communicate effectively. Flexible approach to work duties as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: From 12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
