Job requirements of FLT driver:

We are looking for an FLT Driver to join our established team here at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk.

Shift Pattern

- Monday - Friday, 13:45 - 22:15pm

Duties

Carry out the day-to-day manual handling that is required

To safely operate forklift or other hand trucks

Duties and responsibilities can change regularly based on the factory needs

Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment

Identify safety hazards in the workplace

Moving modules with live birds off the HGV lorries

What you will need:

Be self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative

MUST have a forklift license

Enjoy working to targets in a fast paced environment

Possess high standards of work

Have a basic level of both written and verbal English

Enjoy working as part of a team

Ideally have experience of working within the food production industry, however this is not necessary as full training will be provided

Pay and benefits:

Rate of Pay -

15.71

per hour (Rate inclusive of attendance bonus)
