Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team within our warehouse environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of forklifts to facilitate the movement of goods and materials. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure safe operation and report any mechanical issues for repair. Maintain an organized warehouse environment by adhering to cleanliness and safety standards. Assist with heavy lifting and materials handling as required, ensuring proper techniques are used to prevent injury. Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. AD Hoc warehouse duties Some Delivery experience.

Experience

Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or similar setting is essential. Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience in load unloading operations and materials handling is preferred. A strong understanding of safety protocols within a warehouse environment is essential. Must have a REACH Forklift license.
