Job Description

We are immediately recruiting a

reach

and

counterbalance

forklift driver.

The candidate must hold a current

RTITB

or similar licence (AITT, NPORS, ITSSAR, etc.). We

cannot

accept in-house forklift licences.

You will be responsible for operating a forklift truck efficiently in order to load and unload deliveries as they arrive and depart. In addition to this, you will be required to safely transfer goods around the site and load and unload goods from racking. You will also be booking in and mapping assets using the company system. The job will be busy and fast-paced, so an excellent work ethic is highly important.

Qualifications and skills:

RTITB or similar trained in both

reach

and

counterbalance

. Previous experience of at least two years. The ability to work in a team in a fast-paced and busy environment. Strong communication and time management skills.
The wage of 13 per hour will be increased following the completion of a 3/6-month probation period.

8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary paid weekly

Breaks:

15-minute morning break and 30-minutes for lunch.

The dress code for the interview is

smart-casual.

Successful candidates will also be required to undergo security screening via a

DBS check. We can accept DBS checks that are dated within the last 12 months.
