to join our production team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take responsibility for safe forklift operations, as well as general warehouse and production support when forklift duties are quieter.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move goods around site.
Supply packaging and materials to the production lines as required.
Transport finished pallets to storage and prepare loads for dispatch.
Support changeovers and assist with pallet wrapping, labeling, and stock organisation.
Carry out general warehouse duties, including order picking, stock checks, and housekeeping.
Assist production staff as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Complete daily forklift checks and report any maintenance issues.
Work safely and follow all site procedures.
Requirements
Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (Reach Truck licence an advantage).
Experience in a warehouse or production environment.
Flexible, proactive attitude - happy to help out wherever needed.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
