About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hard-working

Forklift Driver / Picker

to join our growing team. This is a varied and hands-on role, ideally suited to someone with a background in modular construction, forklift driving and picking who's proactive, flexible attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Operating forklifts to safely load, unload, and transport materials across site General labouring duties including site prep, cleaning, and basic maintenance Picking materials accurately and efficiently for production or dispatch Supporting modular unit assembly, fit-out, and disassembly as required Ensuring a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety regulations Working as part of a team to meet production and site deadlines

Requirements [ESSENTIAL]

Valid

Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Full Driving License (no points), must include towing

CSCS card

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within

modular construction

Experience in

picking

and material handling Good understanding of health and safety on-site Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for manual work

Need NOT apply if you do not have a CSCS, forklift licence and drivers licence

Desirable

Previous experience in a modular building yard or offsite construction environment Familiarity with tools and equipment used in modular construction CSCS card
