Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative - Pharmaceutical Logistics

Location:

Exeter (Brand-New Depot)

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 6:00am start

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our pharmaceutical logistics team at our new Exeter depot. This role combines safe forklift operation with general warehouse duties to ensure the accurate handling, storage, and dispatch of pharmaceutical supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a counterbalance forklift to load, unload, and move pharmaceutical products and equipment. Assist with the receipt, checking, and storage of incoming deliveries. Accurately pick and prepare orders for dispatch, maintaining high attention to detail. Ensure all goods are handled and stored in line with health, safety, and compliance standards. Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times. Complete paperwork and update systems as required.

Requirements:

Valid counterbalance forklift licence (in-date). Previous experience in a warehouse/logistics environment, ideally in a regulated sector. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude.
Job Types: Temporary, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week

Work Location: In person
