Role Description

This is a full-time, field service role located in Burton Upon Trent for a Service Engineer. You will be responsible for diagnosing mechanical issues, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance on a variety of electric tow tugs and other electric-powered equipment. This role involves troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic systems, replacing defective components, and ensuring all equipment is in safe working condition. Additional tasks include maintaining service records, providing support to the operations team, and adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

repairs for forklifts and electric-powered equipment

Knowledge of Curtis controllers.

Knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14.39-18.00 per hour
