Due to continued growth, we are looking to add a skilled and motivated Forklift Engineer / Mechanic to our team.

As a Forklift Engineer / Mechanic, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of forklift trucks and material handling equipment, both in our workshop and at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on forklifts and related equipment. Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults and carry out effective repairs. Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a forklift engineer, mechanic, or heavy plant technician. Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Full UK driving licence (required for field-based work). Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively. Good communication skills and a professional attitude. Forklift or plant maintenance qualifications are desirable but not essential.
