The Opportunity
Permanent full-time role working within our production team with a wide range of plant equipment to be trained on (if required) , counterbalance licence is essential.
What we are looking for
A strong work ethic and a proactive approach to work Experienced in operating a range of plant equipment including counter balanced, combi and side loaders Have a strong Health & Safety awareness Be physically fit and be able to carry out manual tasks including lifting and carrying Understand the importance of team-work and be able to communicate via radio.
The Role:
You will predominantly work outdoors in the main yard within the premises of our purpose-built modern fast paced, engineering facility, where you will operate a forklift truck vehicle to assist with production and transport needs.
Duties include but not limited to:
Conducting daily forklift truck checks and reporting any faults to your line manager. Loading and unloading of company and third-party vehicles. Delivering relevant components to key areas of production. Co-ordinate the safe movement of finished products.
Hours of work
Standard hours = 42.5 hours per week.
Overtime, maybe required including some Saturday mornings.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.5 per week
