Sunday to Thursday 21:00 to 06:00 - 13.00

Join Our Logistics Team - Outdoor Forklift Work

We're hiring to support busy

yard operations

at our logistics site in Swaffham. This is a hands-on, physical role working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, loading and unloading HGVs and managing pallet movements across the yard.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate Counterbalance forklift trucks in the yard Load and unload trailers and lorries efficiently Move pallets and goods between storage and dispatch areas Perform daily equipment checks and report defects Communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to maintain workflow Keep the yard clean, safe, and organised at all times Comply with all health & safety and site procedures

Requirements

Valid Counterbalance forklift license (RTITB or ITSSAR-accredited) Experience operating forklifts in outdoor or yard environments Comfortable working in all weather conditions (PPE provided) Strong awareness of site safety, particularly around HGVs and pedestrians Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team Flexibility with shift patterns and occasional overtime
