We are seeking a skilled and innovative Formulation Chemist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our NPD Team, Marketing Team, and Compliance Department, developing cutting-edge formulations, preparing prototypes, and ensuring our products are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulation Development:

Research, develop, and optimise skincare formulations that align with product briefs and company objectives.

Sample Creation & Testing:

Prepare and evaluate prototypes to ensure they meet performance, stability, and safety standards.

Project Management:

Head up formulation projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely execution and alignment with strategic goals.

Trend Research:

Stay at the forefront of skincare innovation by identifying emerging ingredients, technologies, and industry trends.

Regulatory & Documentation:

Maintain accurate and detailed records of formulations, testing results, and compliance documentation to meet industry standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, production, and regulatory teams to support seamless product development and market launch.
Qualifications & Experience:

? Proven experience in cosmetic formulation, research, and project management

? Strong understanding of skincare ingredients, formulation techniques, and industry regulations

? Passion for skincare and a keen interest in industry innovations
