We are now recruiting motivated individuals for Formwork Apprenticeships, beginning with a paid one-month trial in October 2025. Successful candidates will progress to a formal apprenticeship programme, gaining valuable skills, qualifications, and long-term career prospects in a growing green economy.

About the Role:

Support site operations and assist with formwork construction under supervision Shift and distribute materials safely on-site Follow safety procedures and complete tasks as directed by the site team Learn practical skills in formwork and concrete construction, both on the job and through structured training Contribute to a safe, efficient, and professional site environment

Who We're Looking For:

Be aged 18 or over Hold a valid CSCS card Live in one of the following London boroughs:

Islington, Camden, Southwark, Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Tower Hamlets, Lambeth, Hackney, Haringey, or Wandsworth

Be genuinely interested in construction, particularly formwork and concrete work

We value candidates who are:

Punctual, reliable, and hardworking Physically fit and comfortable working on large construction sites Safety-conscious with good coordination and practical ability Motivated to learn a skilled trade and work toward a Level 2 or 3 qualification (GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above are desirable but not essential)
