This is a unique opportunity to lead and build your own team from the ground up. Your sole purpose will be to develop and execute a strategy to attract, recruit, and retain exceptional foster carers. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in recruitment and a deep understanding of the fostering sector.
What You'll Do
Build and Lead Your Team:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of recruitment professionals to meet ambitious growth targets.
Develop Strategy:
Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to identify and engage potential foster carers.
Generate Leads:
Utilise a variety of methods, from digital marketing and social media campaigns to community outreach and events, to generate high-quality enquiries.
Manage the Pipeline:
Oversee the entire recruitment journey, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all applicants.
Collaborate:
Work closely with the marketing and assessment teams to ensure a seamless process from initial enquiry to foster carer approval.
Analyse Performance:
Track and report on key metrics to measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and strategies.
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Proven experience in a recruitment management role, ideally within the social care or fostering sector.
Leadership:
A natural leader with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets.
Strategic Thinking:
The ability to develop and execute a long-term recruitment strategy.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Passion:
A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people.
UK Driving Licence:
This role will involve travel for events and meetings.
