We're looking for a Foul Water Treatment Supervisor to join our team to ensure the delivery of contract specifications, services level agreements and programmes of planned and cyclical works and repairs all relating to foul water treatment.
You'll be ensuring that our customer satisfaction is high, whilst ensuring we comply with Environmental Agency legislation and good working practices.
You'll be working alongside the Foul Water Treatment Contract Manager to ensure the service delivery is consistently high quality and in line with agreed contracts and specifications.
You will be maintaining records relating to the delivery of scheduled visits, post inspections, defects, KPIs and health and safety. So, your working knowledge of foul water treatment will be important to support you in the role.
You are going to find yourself out and about in our operating regions, so being happy to travel will be important to the role.
You will need to have previous contract management experience in a commercial business role, together with a track record on delivering performance to deadlines. You will want to ensure that high standards of work are delivered, and you will be able to demonstrate how you have previously achieved this.
You will be confident in your ability to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders, utilising those relationships to ensure the right outcomes.
You'll have a good level of IT skills and will appreciate that a level of administration will come with the role so will have a logical approach to this.
You will be able to undertake risk assessments and safe systems of work. And you will be able to interpret contract drawings and implement changes as specified.
As you will be required to travel for the role a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes will be provided.
