About the Role
As a Foundation Dental Therapist Trainee, you will:
Work 2 clinical days per week in practice and attend 1 study day (typically Fridays)
Be supported by an Educational Supervisor who will guide your clinical development through tutorials, directly observed procedures, and mentorship
Participate in regular study days covering topics such as composite techniques, oral surgery, communication skills, and orthodontics
Gain exposure to sedation and general anaesthetic services
Build confidence and competence in a non-UDA, patient-focused setting
At the end of the programme, you'll receive a Certificate of Satisfactory Completion, CPD hours, and a strong foundation for your dental career.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
A qualified UK Dental Therapist (or due to qualify in 2025)
GDC registered (or registration in progress)
Passionate about patient care and professional growth
A team player with excellent communication skills
Committed to the values of a social enterprise
Your Base
You'll be based at Siskin Dental Centre, a 3-chair practice located in a community hospital near Norwich city centre. The practice is equipped with digital radiography, an OPG machine, and access to sedation and GA services.
