About us



Three co-founders (ex high growth tech companies / ex founders, highly technical team), recently raised $4m, building ai agents for marketing (stealth).

We're looking for a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders and help us execute the highest-leverage priorities across growth, ops, product, hiring. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role for someone who hustles, learns fast and has a bias to action.

Personality traits:

Hustle: you do everything it takes to drive a result Organized: ruthless prioritization, clear communication, timeliness Proactive: you like to iterate and try things to find new winning strategies
Some evidence of being able to run things end-to-end independently, for example:

Started a company, launched side projects (incl. dropshipping, etc.), was the president / led key functions at a university society, planned big events (conferences, weddings, etc.), etc. Worked at a startup, or looking to make the move from consulting / banking for a more fast pace environment
Bonus: familiar with content (you did creatives, post content etc.) or with automation (you've built stuff with n8n etc.)

What you'll do



Ownership over day-to-day execution, reporting directly to the CEO

Make sure priorities are met, surface any blockers and drive to unblock them (chasing, suggesting hiring, automating processes) Build simple operating systems: dashboards, metrics tracking and create lightweight, repeatable internal processes ("how we do X" docs) Actively participate in core decisions across key function units
Growth & product support

Make sure priorities are met with our content & marketing team (organic + paid) Build and manage processes & automation (influencer / creator sourcing, outreach, briefs, tracking, repurposing) Identify features to build / improve / scrap based on usage and keep track of competition / differentiation with competitors
Hiring & talent ops

Own parts of recruiting: sourcing, first screens, scheduling, scorecards Improve hiring workflows and candidate experience Support onboarding to make new hires productive fast
Fundraising & investor relations (as needed)

Support finance ops: invoice tracking, budgets, and basic runway / forecasting models When fundraising: help build the dataroom and respond to investor Q&A (metrics, deck inputs, diligence requests)
