Boogi is seeking a new Founder's Associate to the CEO to support in the customer success and core operations of the business.

By joining Boogi, you will be supporting some of the world's leading fintechs, including Capital on Tap, Plutus and many more, as they scale using Boogi's cashback and product-based rewards. Our platform delivers the offers, technology, and managed services that drive growth and unlock new revenue streams.

By becoming a founder associate at Boogi, you will work directly with Chris, the CEO, to help build out our customer success and operations functions, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership role in specific areas of the business as we expand. Day-to-day responsibilities will include interacting with our customers and suppliers, identifying and adding new cashback offers to our platform, supporting Chris in various roles, and ultimately gaining full exposure to all the functions of a fast-growing startup.

Key responsibilities - What are we looking for?Essential:

A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build strong relationships, respond quickly to customer needs, and ensure our customers gain maximum value from our platform. Comfortable switching between multiple responsibilities, moving between customer success, supplier management, data analysis, and project execution. Skilled at interpreting data, identifying trends, and generating insights to support informed decision-making An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to engage confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. A proactive problem-solver who can identify challenges and deliver creative, practical solutions in a fast-paced environment. A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and takes responsibility for driving projects forward. Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and platforms to support customer success and operational needs.
Nice-to-Have:

Experience working in fintech or startup environments. Familiarity with affiliate networks or partner systems for cashback/rewards offers.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary:

25,000- 29,000 + up to 10k bonus
