We are seeking a bright, hungry and flexible Founder's Assistant to support the leadership team of our innovative venture. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, great communication skills and an open approach to new tasks and adoption of new technologies. The focus will be on understanding our complex value proposition and implementing a range of marketing, sales and fundraising tasks, and, in general, supporting the founder in the full range of his activities.
Duties
Implement our sales and marketing plans, building our pipeline
Managing and evolving our web and social media presence
Maintain our sales pipeline process and contact with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers.
Support daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Research, learn about and act as an evangelist for building AI into all of our processes.
Experience
Evidence of smart thinking, in whatever form it has taken
Proven experience in an any role that has required hard work and commitment to an outcome
Proficiency in some technology that you have used effectively
Evidence of problem solving skills
Excellence in written and spoken English - with other languages a bonus
Some knowledge of financial services and experience in programming would be helpful
