You'll be one of the first people helping us build Clove from the ground up. Your work will directly shape how our customers interact with their advisors and manage their wealth for the first time in a human, guided, mobile-first way.
What you'll do:
Build the advisor-facing web platform from the ground up -- including CRM-style views, milestone planning tools, and embedded AI assistance.
Own the frontend and backend architecture of the Advisor Tools Pod using modern web technologies (e.g. React, Next.js, Node.js).
Integrate key backend services and third-party platforms to surface client data, scheduling, compliance workflows, and portfolio context.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI engineers to create intuitive tools that help advisors deliver world-class advice at scale.
Ship fast while designing for compliance, observability, and long-term maintainability.
Help shape advisor-facing workflows and internal patterns for full-stack development.
What we're looking for:
5+ years of experience building modern full-stack web apps, ideally in fintech or in the productivity tooling space.
Strong command of React/Next.js (or similar) on the frontend and experience with secure, maintainable backend services.
Clear product thinking -- you can turn complex requirements into elegant, intuitive tools.
Experience integrating with third-party platforms (e.g. CRMs, identity providers, financial APIs).
You're highly autonomous and comfortable working closely with design, product, and other engineers to shape and deliver end-to-end solutions.
Bonus: exposure to event-driven systems, OpenAPI/GraphQL design, or AI-assisted product features.
