We are hiring exceptional engineers to design and build the infrastructure that makes this possible.

About the role

------------------


This is a founding role, with opportunity to set the engineering direction and shape the architecture from day one.

Design and build robust backend services and APIs to support model training, inference, and enterprise integrations. Architect scalable distributed systems to handle high-throughput workloads. Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimisation across production systems. Work closely with research engineers to productionise cutting-edge ML models. Take ownership of mission-critical backend components end-to-end.

Required experience

-----------------------

MSc/PhD in Computer Science or related field. Exceptional software engineering ability with expertise in Python and, Go or Java. Experience designing and scaling distributed backend systems. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure. Track record of building and maintaining high-availability systems in production. Proven ability to deliver quickly in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
