The Founding Marketing Executive (Organic) will drive and shape the brand awareness and positioning of OneClickComply. This key role will shape the narrative of our product and company to the external market. Using organic channels such as SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and events, the Founding Marketing Executive is responsible to effectively communicate the value of OneClickComply's offerings and establish it as an authoritative voice in the industry.
Responsibilities
Develop and shape the overall Marketing Strategy and execute highly effective, strategic marketing programs to drive growth.
Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and future products.
Oversee all aspects of our marketing operations, including planning, budgeting, and staff development.
Direct organic marketing channels such as SEO, content marketing, partnerships, and events to generate customer awareness, demand, and engagement.
Create a distinct brand registry and ensure it is conveyed consistently across all channels.
Monitor competition and analyse their marketing and sales activities.
Establish a suite of metrics to analyse marketing effectiveness, understand the return on marketing investment and optimize resources accordingly.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of all aspects of the marketing function with a particular emphasis on organic channels.
Proven track record of executing successful marketing strategies from the ground up.
Excellent analytical skills and a keen sense of what data to track, along with the ability to interpret this data to drive significant growth.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills - you have the innate capability to take complex ideas and convey them in a manner that others can easily comprehend.
Perfect understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
