We are hiring exceptional research engineers to develop a new class of AI agents at the frontier of post-training, reinforcement learning, and agent architectures.

About the role


------------------


This is a founding role, with opportunity to set the research agenda and shape the architecture from day one.

Drive foundational research into agent algorithms and coordination. Develop and implement new approaches to agent scaffolding, orchestration, and memory. Design innovative post-training objectives that align agents with complex enterprise reasoning tasks. Scale training and evaluation pipelines for new multi-agent systems. Guide an exceptional team of research engineers and scientists.

Required experience

Proven ability to lead research teams tackling hard problems. PhD/MSc in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a related field. Hands-on experience building and training large-scale models with modern ML tools (PyTorch, Ray, JAX). Strong background in LLM post-training and agent architectures. Track record of publications at top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL etc.). Experience optimising training runs on GPU clusters. Able to take ownership of whatever needs doing. Nice to have: Experience with applied reinforcement learning.
