We have three premises - The Triton inn, The Fox & Coney & Brough Golf Club. We are seeking an individual with experience working in the hospitality industry & has a passion for excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in supervising a busy restaurant or pub, but previous management level experience isn't necessary for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, organised, hard working and committed. You will have desire to learn and develop on the job.
The Assistant Restaurant Manager role will directly report to the General Manager of the each location & will include some of the following responsibilities:
- Supervising a team through busy services autonomously
- Assist with training & development of junior staff members
- Ensuring checklists & other mandatory documents are adhered too
- Opening & closing of the premises
- Cash handling & cashing up procedures
- Cellar management
- Management of staff labour costing
