Four Star Pizza - Supervisor

About the Role

At Four Star Pizza, our supervisors support the General Manager in keeping the store running smoothly. You'll lead by example on shift - making pizzas, serving customers and looking after the team - while also taking responsibility for key areas of the day-to-day operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and wants to develop their leadership skills.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the store Leading shifts, motivating the team, and ensuring great customer service Preparing pizzas and other menu items to Four Star Pizza standards Serving customers at the counter, by phone, and through online ordering platforms Handling cash, card, and online transactions accurately Ensuring all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed Helping with stock control, deliveries, and store organisation Training, coaching, and supporting new and existing team members Taking responsibility for the store when the General Manager is not on shift

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment A positive, can-do attitude with the confidence to lead a team Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick decisions Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak trading periods A genuine enjoyment of working with people and delivering excellent service
