Job Description
Join an established company as a FP&A Analyst within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This permanent role in Dewsbury offers an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to provide financial insights and support key business decisions.
- Prepare forecasts and analyse the company's short, medium and long-term positions
- Financial modelling and performance analysis
- Create and take ownership of data models to drive monthly forecasting, quarterly guides and annual budgets
- Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management
- Identify new methods of analysis and presentation and make recommendations to senior management
- Variance analysis and ad hoc reporting to support management decisions
- Support with period-end close, ensuring financials are submitted timely and accurately
- Maintain internal control standards of the Group to ensure integrity of financial reports with transparency
- Play an active part with internal audit processes
A successful Finance Analyst should have:
- Prior experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role - essential
- Have experience in the manufacturing industry - desirable
- Be part qualified (ACCA/CIMA)
- 38,000 - 45,000 per annum
