The role:




We're looking for a proactive, detail-driven and commercially-minded

FP&A Analyst

to join our growing team at

This is Beyond

, supporting both our own brand and the wider

Emerald UK

portfolio.


This role sits within a dynamic team that supports a diverse group of businesses under Emerald -- a leading US-based organisation that delivers powerful live and digital experiences across multiple sectors. Whilst your base will be our London HQ (and our 4-day working week), you'll have the opportunity to support multiple brands, collaborating with finance leads and cross-functional teams across the UK and the wider group.


You'll play a key role in financial planning, forecasting, month-end close and budget analysis -- bringing clarity, structure, and insight to fast-moving businesses. Ideal for someone who enjoys diving into detail, thrives on cross-team collaboration, and is hungry to grow with a business that's always evolving.

What you will do:



Manage the month-end close process by collecting, reviewing, and entering accruals in collaboration with operational and marketing teams. Communicate financial process requirements and deadlines clearly to broad stakeholder groups across Emerald. Produce month-end variance analyses and share key insights with brand teams and the corporate consolidation team. Complete monthly balance sheet reviews and account reconciliations. Support the annual budget and quarterly reforecast cycles by partnering with finance leads and brand teams to collect submissions, perform analysis, and prepare presentations. Contribute to special projects as assigned -- with the opportunity to take ownership and lead where appropriate.

What you will need:



A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance, with demonstrable experience in an FP&A role. Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent). Strong proficiency in cloud-based accounting systems -- experience with

AccountsIQ

is a plus. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity and attention to detail. Effective communication skills, with confidence working across multiple departments and levels. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with the flexibility to juggle priorities.

Position Type:

Permanent, with a 4-day working week. Our hybrid model includes 3 days in the office (located in Shepherd's Bush), 1 day working from home, and every Friday as a non-working day as standard.
