Job Description
Grafton Banks Finance are currently working with a sector leading business with offices based in West Malling to recruit an FP&A Analyst on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting into the FP&A Manager, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collecting and recording historical data.
- Managing databases of financial records.
- Creating financial analysis reports and models.
- Collecting financial data from internal departments and external sources.
- Setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
- Collaborating directly with the accounting and finance departments.
- Using planning methods like predictive planning, driver-based planning, and multi-scenario planning to create financial forecasts.
- Budgeting the expenses needed to execute the corporate plan.
- Demonstrate in-depth prior experience of modelling and data analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills is essential.
- Show a keen attitude to learn and progress
