Job Overview/Summary

We're looking for a commercially minded FP&A Manager to join our fast-paced, growing team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-led decision-making, building robust forecasts, and providing actionable insights that fuel Prep Kitchen's next stage of growth.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across the business. Develop dynamic financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning. Partner with department heads to build and monitor budgets aligned to business strategy. Deliver monthly business performance reports and present clear insights to senior leadership. Analyse revenue, cost, and profitability drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and trends. Support investment decisions, pricing, and new product launches with financial insight. Implement and improve FP&A tools, systems, and dashboards for greater efficiency. Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across Finance and Operations.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong post-qualification experience in FP&A or commercial finance. Proven track record in a fast-paced, scaling business (FMCG, subscription, food, or e-commerce experience desirable). Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills. Strong communication and influencing skills--you can translate numbers into clear stories. A proactive problem-solver who can challenge assumptions and drive better business decisions. Comfortable thriving in a disruptive, innovative, and collaborative culture.
