Location: Manchester, Trafford Park or Wallasey, Merseyside (attendance at both sites will be required on a weekly basis)


Salary: 55,000 to 76,000 depending on experience.

We're looking for a commercially astute FP&A Manager to lead strategic financial planning at Holiferm. This pivotal role supports international growth, financial sustainability, and investor engagement, with a strong focus on fundraising, M&A, and transaction support. Private Equity experience is preferred due to close collaboration with investors and board-level stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across all business units.

Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support fundraising, M&A, and strategic investment decisions. including AI-driven forecasting, machine learning algorithms, and automated scenario planning

Leverage automation platforms and data analytics tools to streamline reporting, reduce manual processes, and enhance decision-making speed and accuracy

Partner with the Finance Director and investor stakeholders to prepare financial materials for capital raises, board meetings, and due diligence processes.

Support transaction execution, including financial analysis, valuation modelling, and scenario planning.

Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports, including variance analysis, KPI dashboards, and board packs.

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure financial alignment with operational and commercial goals.

Enhance FP&A systems and processes to improve scalability, transparency, and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience


Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional qualification (e.g., CIMA, ACA) preferred.

5+ years of FP&A experience, ideally in biotech, manufacturing, or sustainability sectors.

Private Equity experience preferred, including exposure to investor reporting, fundraising, and transaction support.

Proven track record of supporting capital raises, M&A, and strategic financial planning.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

Experience with ERP systems and financial planning tools (e.g., NetSuite, Adaptive Insights, Power BI).

Passion for sustainability and innovation.

Experience with AI-enhanced financial modelling tools (e.g., DataRobot, Alteryx, or Python-based ML libraries) and automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath).

Familiarity with predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP) for financial insights, or machine learning applications in finance.

Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Python or R for data analysis and automation.
