The Opportunity

Radar Healthcare's new FP&A Manager
Radar Healthcare is seeking a FP&A Manager to establish a scalable, driver-based planning and reporting framework that supports informed decision-making across the business. This role will design and implement processes to improve forecast accuracy, deliver insightful analysis, and provide clear performance metrics. Acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team, the FP&A Manager will help identify growth opportunities, ensure resources are allocated effectively, and enable the company to accelerate sustainable and efficient growth.
What you'll be doing to make a difference:
Implement a driver-based budget & reforecast process with monthly variance analysis and scenario ranges
Ensure forecast accuracy and establish a predictable pipeline-to-revenue model
Develop SaaS KPI reporting package and analyses (ARR/MRR bridges, NRR/GRR, CAC & payback, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40, cohorts)
Develop headcount & opex plans tied to capacity and productivity assumptions and ensure actual spend is consistent with budget
Establish single source of truth within the data function and ensure consistency across data set
Build pipeline, bookings, and ARR models and stress-test assumptions
Drive pricing and deal economics analyses
Structure headcount/capacity planning; track ROI on growth investments.
Analyse customer, operational & performance data to identify cause and effect relationships, recognise emerging issues and opportunities, provide actionable insights
Support M&A diligence and integration activities
Your journey so far...
FP&A experience with growth stage SaaS companies expanding internationally (40-50M ARR)* ACA qualified or equivalent
M&A and PE-backed experience
Expert Excel and modeling skills; strong familiarity with FP&A/BI tools, ERP Systems, Salesforce
Experience analysing sales funnels and GTM productivity levers
Excellent storytelling for C-suite; crisp, executive-ready outputs
Hands-on individual contributor who can build and scale the function over time
