• FP&A Associate to add value across both revenue and cost analysis initiatives, ensuring robust financial forecasting and insights to drive our growth

Revenue Analysis:

• Analyze and forecast revenue streams from various banking products and services
• Monitor revenue performance against targets and provide insights into variances
• Develop models to project future revenue based on current trends and potential strategic initiatives

Cost Analysis:

• Analyze and forecast operational costs, overheads, and other business-related expenses
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Provide detailed variance analysis between actual and budgeted/forecasted costs

Strategic Analysis:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions
• Assist in the preparation of board and senior management presentations, highlighting key financial metrics and projections

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Coordinate the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate projections and alignment with the bank\'s strategic goals
• Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting exercises to maintain up-to-date insights into the bank\'s financial position

Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A reports, highlighting key financial metrics, trends, and insights for senior management and other stakeholders

Process Improvements:

• Continuously evaluate and refine FP&A processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy

Leading Business and Retail Lender/Challenger with a vibrant, engaged workforce|Lean teams, high profile business partnering, value add role across rev and cost

FPnA Associate - Retail and Business Challenger Bank

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Qualified Accountant (flexible - e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA\xe2\x80\xa6)
• Must have come from Banking or Payments sector
• Smaller companies might be preferential as hands-on exposure
• Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting
• Nice-to-have Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with financial software and databases (e.g. Tableau)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
