.Key Requirements:
Proven
experience managing Fire Door projects
. Strong backgroundworking for a main contractor
. Previous experience in theSocial Housing / Property Services sector
is essential. Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure works are completed to compliance standards. Excellent communication and site management skills.Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and ensure safety and quality standards are met. Manage subcontractors and site teams to deliver Fire Door installation and FRA remedial works. Liaise with clients, residents, and project managers to ensure smooth delivery. Maintain accurate site records and reports.
