What you will be doing
To be responsible for all existing Government framework management and develop further UKPS Sales opportunities, ensuring engagement with internal Ricoh departments to gather all required data/information and ensuring this is submitted within timescales to maintain the framework SLAs.
To proactively analyse Ricoh's existing position on the awarded frameworks identifying new business opportunities to grow engage in and, responsible for achieving a minimum revenue target via tender wins all lines of business.
End to end ownership of opportunities from pre-award to contract live. Engage with the relevant Ricoh Sales and Service departments to resolve or escalate issues, working to ensure excellence within the framework is delivered at all times.
Maintain knowledge of the awarded and potential frameworks, educating the sales team on framework options, terms & conditions and pricing strategies to maximize business wins.
Responsible for maintaining accurate customer profile records of all activity that could contribute to the government accounts team securing an insitu, Direct Award or Tender through having up to date information, knowledge and insights recorded.
To be responsible for maintaining accurate Sales Forecast and pipeline data to enable the Ricoh Management Team to effectively track sales against budget.
To proactively identify areas to grow the Ricoh MIF within the existing frameworks, supporting the achievement of the FY sales target.
You will ideally have
Understanding of a Tender Process
Public Sector Experience Proven presentation experience
Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Products such as word and excel
Proven experience in Account Management
Confident approach to selling
Time management and planning skills
Focused on achieving targets
Self-Motivated and flexible team worker able to work under pressure
Good numeracy skills with commercial acumen
Experience of following internal process
Updating and management of CRM systems
