Position Overview:
We're looking for a proactive Franchise & Marketing Assistant to support both our marketing and franchise teams. You'll help drive campaigns, create engaging content, manage franchise leads, and assist our marketing team with day-to-day projects. With responsibilities spanning digital marketing, PR, POS, and events, this is a hands-on role offering the chance to make a real impact across multiple marketing channels.

Responsibilities
:
Analyse and optimise franchise leads generated through PPC campaigns, using insights to improve performance and maximise ROI
Nurture franchise leads through targeted email marketing, creating campaigns that engage prospects and encourage conversions
Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns from start to finish, including writing engaging copy, designing eye-catching templates, and segmenting lists for targeted messaging
Develop and schedule compelling content for LinkedIn, promoting franchising opportunities and business growth insights
Coordinate and schedule Discovery Sessions and Introductory Calls with prospective franchisees, ensuring a seamless experience
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve franchise website content and boost search engine rankings
Monitor website traffic and performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights to inform marketing strategies
Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in franchising, digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and video content creation
Product PR content for blogs, industry magazines, and franchise portals to enhance brand visibility
Assist with content management, creating versatile content for multiple platforms to maintain consistent brand messaging
Oversee the design, booking, and placement of Ableworld newspaper adverts on a weekly/monthly basis
Lead the production of the product catalogue, including updates, new designs, print management, and distribution to stores, while coordinating stock and reorders
Support the creation and editing of engaging video content for marketing campaigns
Organise and manage promotional POS materials for all stores, including design, ordering, scheduling, and managing ongoing price updates in line with promotional calendars
Assist with planning and executing general marketing initiatives and brand events, contributing ideas and ensuring smooth delivery
Create, update, and amend franchise materials, including the franchise prospectus, promotional merchandise (e.g., pens, stationery), and other partner resources
Skills & Experience
:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable
1-2 years of experience in a hands-on marketing or related role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, MailChimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
Experience in a web content management system (CMS) is desirable
Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field
