Snatch and Glow is expanding and we're looking for a driven, organised, and proactive
Franchising Manager
to lead the charge in growing our franchise network.
Your Role:
You'll be responsible for everything related to
franchisee onboarding and expansion
, from handling initial enquiries to ensuring our franchise partners have what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the
onboarding process
for new franchisees from post-sale communication to full setup.
Be the
main point of contact
for all franchisee needs; from operations to support.
Assist franchisees with
logistics, legal paperwork, and financial setup
.
Collaborate with the marketing team to
advertise the franchise opportunity
.
List and manage our profile
on relevant franchise directories and platforms.
Work closely with past Snatch and Glow students to
convert interest into franchise partnerships
.
Ensure smooth operations and uphold our
brand standards
across franchise locations.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in franchise development, business support, operations, or similar.
Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Understanding of legal/financial aspects of franchising (preferred but not essential).
Professional, confident, and proactive.
