Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Franchising Manager

to drive the expansion of Snatch and Glow's franchise network. In this role, you'll oversee the full franchising lifecycle: from onboarding and operational setup to ongoing franchisee support. You'll be the key link between our brand and our franchise partners, ensuring alignment, compliance, and success across all locations. This is a great opportunity for someone with franchising or multi-site operations experience who's ready to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing aesthetics and wellness brand.

What You'll Be Responsible For (not limited to):

Managing the

entire franchising process

, from post-sale onboarding to full operational setup Supporting new franchisees with

legal, financial, and compliance-related matters

Acting as the

main point of contact

for franchisee support and communication Collaborating with the marketing team to

promote and advertise franchise opportunities

Listing and maintaining

Snatch and Glow's presence on key franchise directories Converting

past students into prospective franchisees

and guiding them through the onboarding journey Handling core

operational tasks

and ensuring consistency across all franchise locations

About You:

You have experience in

franchising, business development, or multi-site operations

You understand the

legal and operational complexities

of a franchise model You're

organised, solution-driven

What We Offer:
