Fraud Advisor - Travel Company (13/hr)
About this job:
- Work with our partner, a world-leader in the travel planning industry
- Help make sure the customers are getting a great experience by ensuring accurate information on the website
- The pay for this role is 13/hr
- Assisting with validation checks of advertisers
- Analyze information and make conclusions in an efficient manner about the legitimacy of the supplier/booking
- Make telephone calls and handle emails to assist customers with any additional checks we may need to validate them
- Evaluate the risk that an existing customer would pose to the company
- At least 6 months experience dealing with fraud related issues
- Previous customer service experience in an office or call center environment
- Strong phone skills and excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule based in Oxford with one weekend shift every other weekend
- Experience in the travel, travel planning or hospitality industry
