Freehold Property Manager
Job Description
The Scott Estates Management Group are looking for a full time or part time experienced residential freehold property manager to be based at either our TPI regulated Eastbourne or Hastings office.
You will be responsible for day to day management of our property portfolio, which includes maintenance and works orders, insurance claims, inspections, leases, Section 20's, AGM's and meetings with committee members.
You will have a minimum of one years' previous experience as a freehold property manager, exceptional time management skills, excellent customer service skills, be well organised and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
