[The Partnership We're Seeking]

This isn't just a freelance gig; it's a partnership. We are looking for a creative visionary to be our founding designer. You will be the architect of our brand's identity, shaping the entire visual and creative strategy for a company with unicorn potential.
Your role is vital: you will build a brand that communicates trust, innovation, and simplicity to a global audience.

We are completely open to how we structure this. We want to find the right partner and are happy to begin on a freelance, project-by-project basis with a clear opportunity to transition into a full-time role as a foundational member of our team.

[Your Creative & Strategic Responsibilities]

Define Our Visual Universe:

Take ownership of the New Aeon brand. Design and evolve our visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and compelling look and feel across our platform, marketing channels, and investor materials.

Master of Figma & Adobe Suite:

Use Figma as your primary tool to create everything from responsive UI/UX designs for our platform to pixel-perfect social media graphics, infographics, and presentations.

Drive Multi-Format Content Creation:

Develop and execute a content plan that brings our brand to life. You will create assets in multiple formats--including static graphics, short-form video, and client materials; posters; decks -- to engage our target segments.

Translate Complexity into Beauty:

Distill complex topics like AI-driven compliance and visa regulations into intuitive, beautiful, and user-friendly designs.

Innovate with New Tech:

Be our expert on the creative frontier. Experiment with and leverage new AI tools (like Gemini NanoBanana, Midjourney, VEO 3 etc.) to enhance and accelerate your creative workflow.

Has an Exceptional Portfolio:

You have a stunning body of work showcasing your expertise in brand identity, UI/UX design for tech products, and multi-channel content creation.

A portfolio submission is required.

Possesses an Exceptional Eye for Detail:

You have a deep commitment to quality and a talent for creating polished, premium designs.

Is Tech-Savvy and Genuinely Curious:
