We're looking for an experienced and qualified

Freelance

Beauty Tutor

to join our team in Birmingham on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week). If you have a passion for the beauty industry and love helping others grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

About the Role:

As a Beauty Tutor, you'll deliver high-quality training sessions in both practical and theoretical beauty treatments, helping learners achieve their qualifications and build the confidence to succeed in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging, structured lessons aligned with course requirements Create structed lesson plans Guide and support learners through practical assessments and written work Mark assignments and provide constructive feedback Maintain accurate records of learner progress and achievements Ensure all teaching and assessing practices meet awarding body standards

Requirements:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy

(or equivalent)

Teaching qualification

(e.g. PTLLS, AET, CTLLS, or equivalent)

Assessing qualification

(e.g. TAQA, A1)

Industry experience

in a salon or spa setting Excellent communication and organisational skills Passion for education and learner development

Working Hours:

Part-time: 2-3 days per week Days and hours negotiable
