As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, we're looking for a creative, strategic and hands-on freelance marketer to help shape and elevate our digital presence.
The Role
We're looking for a clever, motivated and commercially-minded
Digital Marketing Specialist
with a strong foundation in
performance marketing
, particularly
Google Ads
, but also a passion for holistic brand-building.
This is a unique opportunity to have real strategic input and measurable impact within a growing luxury brand.
Paid media management (especially Google Ads)
will be a key responsibility, but we're looking for someone who's equally comfortable in helping us shape wider campaign strategy and, where appropriate, getting involved in content, email, social or PR initiatives based on your skillset.
You'll work directly with our small team and have lots of autonomy - shaping and delivering campaigns that drive visibility, engagement and ultimately, sales.
What You'll Be Doing
Paid Media:
Plan, manage and optimise Google and Meta ad campaigns
Refine audience targeting, keyword strategy and bidding approaches
Write sharp, persuasive ad copy aligned with brand tone
Track performance and conversions, adjusting budgets and creative based on results
Deliver clear, actionable reports and insights
Wider Digital & Strategic:
Contribute to broader campaign strategy, planning and marketing calendar
Collaborate on landing pages, funnels and CRO
Support content, email marketing, social or influencer outreach depending on experience and interest
Spot and test new growth opportunities (organic and paid)
What We're Looking For
Proven experience running high-performing
Google Ads campaigns
, with real results (please include examples or metrics in your application)
Strong understanding of
PPC strategy
, ROI tracking and conversion funnels
Bonus if you have experience with
Meta Ads
or TikTok Ads
A self-starter who's proactive, strategic and can work independently
Comfortable analysing data and making decisions based on it
Copywriting flair -- you can write to sell, and write for our customer
Interest or experience in
luxury, fashion, or female-focused brands
is a plus
Creative thinker with a commercial instinct
Clear communicator and team player
