to join our team of freelance distance learning tutors. NEC is a long-established
educational charity

What makes NEC tutoring different?
Unlike classroom teaching, our distance learning model focuses on
high-quality feedback and one-to-one online support
. As a tutor, you'll provide written feedback on assignments, deliver occasional live online tutorials, and offer individualised guidance that fits each student's pace and goals.

Subjects we're currently recruiting for:
A level Physics
A level Biology
A level Classical Civilisation
What we're looking for:
A degree in your subject area
A recognised teaching qualification
Recent experience teaching your subject (ideally GCSE or A level)
A genuine passion for supporting students remotely and inclusively
Confidence using digital tools to support learning and communicate clearly
