Doggie TLC is a local dog daycare/dog boarding concern. Our aim is to give dogs a home away from home, so their Owners feel relaxed and comfortable that their special friend is in a happy and knowledgeable environment. Our approach is to offer dogs a stimulating place, where we encourage socializing, reinforce obedience, and go on long walks mixed with lots of TLC.

This is a hands on role, which involves getting to know the dogs, playing, teaching and managing them. It is important to mention that we strive to work around the Owners' timings for drop-off and pick-up therefore flexibility is essential.

The work ambience is friendly, pro-active and relaxed.

We are looking to fill the following role:

Dog Handler

We are looking for a mature person who is pro-active, knowledgeable and experienced in handling dogs, (completed Animal Behaviour course is a plus) to join our team. Being comfortable and calm around dogs is important.

We believe the role would suit a retired mature individual as the position requires dog behaviour knowledge, common sense and reliability. Working hours are ad hoc depending on bookings, but usually between 7:30 - 12.

Principal role would be to go on dog walks and supervise the dogs ensuring they are socialising and not barking or annoying eachother.

Clean drivers licence and own car is essential
