OUR ROLE...





SPORTFIVE UK is recruiting an experienced Freelance Event Project Manager for the Brand Solutions team to work on one of new clients in Tennis. Your role will be to support with an experiential activation in June in London for a major tournament. You will be a self-starter, with experience in working autonomously to deliver brand sponsor campaigns and fan experiences with premium rights holders.


IN THE ROLE, YOU WILL BE...





Playing a lead role in the delivery of a brand-led fan experience, responsible for the management and activation for the duration of Queens Tennis Tournament (4th - 24th June)

Reporting into VP of Brand Solutions you will support the team working on the delivery of the partner's rights, including;


Pre-tournament:




Work with the client on final plans and delivery of sampling activation, and liaise with the client for any outstanding approvals Liaise with third party suppliers on stand build and branding / product integration on site to ensure optiumum consumer product experience in line with plans Liaise with the LTA regarding stand set-up and all elements involved with rightsholder delivery Ensure seamless management of promotional staff provision, to include creation of staff briefing documents and training, plus management of uniforms Manage logistics of all equipment and product arriving on site ready for activity Manage pre-tournament delivery requests via LTA portal Manage pre-tournament accreditation requests through the LTA portal



During tournament:




Be present on site for the duration of tournament 7th-22nd June Playing a lead role in the smooth running of the sampling activity - oversee all event staff, and ensure consistent premium product sample delivery Maintain oversight of storage and product stock throughout activation period, and arrange logistics to keep stocks of product and equipment at an appropriate level Keep a stand inventory and replenish all items required Ensure the stand continually represents the premium nature of the brand and product Uphold directed health and safety standards throughout all sampling activity Trouble-shooting and course correction on site as required Manage accreditation requests through the LTA portal Provide support for any content creation - photographer/ videographer Provide support for any influencer talent access and content capture Support with ticket management where required



WHAT YOU'LL BRING...




Multiple years of project / event activation experience (tennis preferred, but not essential) Experience in being in direct communications with brand clients and rightsholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusastic, hardworking & proactively minded A positive, flexible attitude with problem-solving ability Flawless attention to detail Strong planning ability Strong organisational and time management skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually Must be available in London 4 - 22nd June and have the flexibility to attend event on evenings and at weekends
