Location:

London (with travel to surrounding areas)

What You'll Do:

Set up and de-rig live events efficiently and safely Load and unload vehicles (vans and trucks) Rig and de-rig AV, lighting, and staging equipment Build event structures and sets, including carpentry tasks Operate and maintain power tools and site equipment Lay cable and assist with power distribution Support technical teams during rehearsals and live events Assist with general site operations (fencing, signage, back-of-house setups) Follow all on-site health & safety procedures and work collaboratively as part of the crew

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' hands-on experience

in live events (freelance or employed) Self-employed with a valid UTR number Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling Strong communication and teamwork skills Punctual, dependable, and flexible with working hours Eligible to work in the UK Aged 18+

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not essential):

MEWPs / IPAF / PASMA / NPORS certifications Van or truck driving experience (must be over 25 for insurance) Carpentry, scaffolding, or basic rigging experience Experience in AV, lighting, or sound
