Role Overview
You'll deliver both practical and theoretical sessions covering core IT hardware, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting, operating systems, cybersecurity basics, and relevant CompTIA syllabus content (e.g., A+, Network+, Security+). You'll support small groups of learners (up to 10 per cohort), helping them develop real-world skills for IT support and networking roles.
As a freelance tutor, you must have all required preparation in place before delivery -- including a Scheme of Work, Lesson Plan, and learner activities.
No additional payment is provided for lesson preparation.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT support, hardware, and networking
In-depth knowledge of CompTIA A+, Network+, and related content
Teaching or training experience required
Teaching degree or relevant qualification required
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Relevant degree qualification required
