The role

We are recruiting friendly, reliable Events Hospitality Team Members to support our live driving experience events at UK race circuits. This is a self-employed, freelance customer facing, event based role where you will be part of the team delivering smooth, professional and memorable event days.

You will be the first point of contact for many customers and play a key role in ensuring the day runs safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

Welcoming and signing in customers, delivering a positive and professional first impression Supporting customers throughout their event experience Serving media packages and handling customer queries Assisting with atom rides, including customer preparation and strapping in Coordinating vehicle movements in the pit lane area Supporting pit lane scanning and photography transitions Capturing customer photos during events Working flexibly across different roles as required on event days Maintaining a safe, organised and customer focused environment at all times

What we are looking for

Confident, approachable and customer focused individuals Strong communication skills and a friendly manner Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a live events environment Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods Flexible availability, including weekends Comfortable following processes and safety procedures

Experience

Previous hospitality, events or customer service experience is desirable but not essential A positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic are more important than formal experience
