1 Month Contract
Location: Westerham, Kent
Start Date: Immediate / July 2025
Squerryes is a boutique English sparkling wine producer, based on a 2,500-acre estate in Kent. Alongside our winery, we operate a restaurant, shop, events space, cafe, and online store , all of which are being brought together by a major digital systems upgrade.

IT Project Manager
orSystems Implementation Specialist
to lead thefinal setup and rollout of a new EPOS and stock management system (NuEpos)
.Key Responsibilities
Lead the
final setup, testing and rollout
of NuEpos across multiple areas of the business Manage themigration of data
, including stock, product and sales information Coordinate integration with third-party systems (e.g. Xero, reservations, e-commerce) Develop and oversee a go-live plan, including staff training and change management Act as the main point of contact between all stakeholders (internal and external) Identify and troubleshoot any issues during migration and rollout Ensure project is delivered on time and to specificationWhat We're Looking For
Proven experience in
IT project management
, ideally inEPOS / stock / retail systems
Strong understanding ofsystems integration
anddata migration
Clear, proactive communicator and stakeholder manager Comfortable working at pace in a short-term contract Experience in hospitality, retail, or FMCG is a bonus Availability to startimmediately or by mid-July 2025
Job Types: Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 1 month
Pay: Up to 350.00 per day

Westerham TN16: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
